3. The IT Onboarding Checklist - new hires must sign an IT Onboarding
checklist containing their company credentials, the Do's & Don'ts, and simple reminders
during the IT Orientation.
ORIENTATION SCHEDULES:
IT ORIENTATION AND CREATION OF COMPANY CREDENTIALS (IT STAFF): 7:00 PM
VCG ORIENTATION (HR MANAGER AND HR ADMIN/ER STAFF): 8:30 PM
JIBBLE ORIENTATION AND CREATION OF JIBBLE LOGS (PAYROLL AND BENEFITS OFFICER): 9:30 PM OR THE NEXT DAY AT 8:30 PM (PBO CAN OVERRIDE THE NEW HIRE’S FIRST DAY)
*ONBOARDING/ORIENTATION OF THE NEW HIRE COULD BE DONE ONE DAY AHEAD OF THE NEW HIRE’S START DATE GIVEN THAT IT WOULD BE INDICATED ON THE ENDORSEMENT LETTER
3. HR AND NEW HIRE’S JOB OFFER DISCUSSION:
A ONE-ON-ONE JOB OFFER DISCUSSION WILL BE SCHEDULED BETWEEN THE HR AND HEW HIRE TO DISCUSS ON THE PROPOSED RATE, START DATE, WORK HOURS, JOB DESCRIPTION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
4. ENDORSEMENT FROM HR DEPARTMENT TO OM/AM ASSIGNED TO THE NEW HIRE’S CAMPAIGN
HR STAFF WILL REPLY TO THE NEW HIRE ENDORSEMENT THREAD AND PROVIDE THE CREDENTIALS.
HR STAFF OR RECRUITER WILL SEND THE CREDENTIALS TO INTERVIEW RESULTS AND CAMPAIGN UPDATES VIA SKYPE GROUP.
HR STAFF WILL MESSAGE THE NEW HIRE AND BE THE FIRST/MAIN CONTACT PERSON IN CASE THE MANAGER/CLOSER HAS NOT REACHED OUT YET
NOTE: THE RECRUITMENT TEAM IS IN CHARGE OF FOLLOW-UPS AND SCHEDULING UP UNTIL CLIENT ONBOARDING. BETTER TO ASK FOR THE NEW HIRE’S PHONE NUMBER TO KEEP CONSTANT COMMUNICATION IN CASE OF INTERNET ISSUES.
