LEAVER - A Contractor or Employee that is deemed to leave the company on a specific date whether: TERMINATION / NON-RENEWAL / END OF CONTRACT / RESIGNATION
Offboarding Process:
To initiate the offboarding of a leaver, the manager must schedule a call with the leaver to execute discussion on end of contract
Manager must email EXIT PROCESS ENDORSEMENT(EPE) to emp-offboarding@virtualchamps.com

Upon receipt of the filled-in EPE, HR will schedule and conduct an exit interview to explain the process and check with the leaver if there are any clearances that need to be done or any feedback they would like to give regarding VCG. Exit interview invitation will be communicated through their personal email in cases that IT have already removed their company credentials
Upon receipt of the IT department of EPE from the AM/OM, they will deactivate the leaver's company credentials base on the EPE's removal of credential indicated date.
If devices are issued to them by the company, the IT Department will first check the status of the devices before approving their exit.
HR will provide the payroll team the leaver's details and necessary endorsements in the payroll sheet such as if severance pay or there are other pays that will be included for the computation of the final pay
If the leavers was able to attend the exit interview, HR department will issue the leaver their quitclaim and waiver document for their signing and notarization to proceed with sending their last pay. This will sent after Finance finalize the payroll computation for the current cycle the effective date of resignation/termination belongs.
